Freeletics is one kind of popular workout from teenager until adults, they begin try freeltics workout. Freeletics is a sport originated from Munchen, Germany. Freeletics was founded by Andrej Matijczak, Joshua Cornelius and Mehmet Yilmaz in 2013. One of the advantages of freeletics is freeletics that can make your body more flexibility, because freeletics using your body (bodyweight, not gym) to build your muscle.
Freeltics program consists of strengh, endurance and cardio workout. Freeletics has 15 weeks workout program. So, in this post I will share about freeletics program from week 1 till week 15 completely.
