2. Hand grip

The second tool is a hand grip. Hand grip is very effective and focused on training the wrist. This tool is very cheap, easy to get (online, or at the nearest sports shop) and the tool is sweaty, making it practical for you to use.

If you don't know how to use it, how to use the hand grip, you can watch it in my video below (I gave training and how to use hand grip in detail):

Do this exercise 3 times a week, and you can combine it with other physical exercises as well. Another important thing you should pay attention to, when using dumbbells, don't use dumbbells that are too heavy.

Because your target here is to strengthen the wrist, then just use dumbbells that are rather light (adjust to your ability). Dumbbells that are too heavy will make your forearm injury.

Use a lightweight dumbbell, and you can move it perfectly using your wrist. Prioritize the correct form first, so you get maximum results.
