How to Use Power Twister to Build Your Muscle

Power twister is one of workout equipment that very simple in using and also effective to build muscles, especially upper body like bicep, chest, trapz, arm and shoulder. Power twister shape resembles a stick, and there is a thick spring in the middle. So, if you want to see power twister, you can check in the image below. 

Power twister typically used by people that training at home (home gym). This equipment is also used by people that have no much time to doing exercise at the gym. Power twister easy to carry anywhere. You can doing exercise at home, boarding house, hotel, appartement and so on. I see in some sports like boxing, power twister also used for build strength athletes.

First Step


Put your power twister over your head. Look at the picture above. 

Second step

And then, bend your power twister as strong your strengh. For detail, look at the image above.  

Third step 


Bend until to the max over your head. As you see in the picture above, the power twister will shape like "U". After that, repeat like in the first step. 

This workout is trained many part of your muscles, that is: Biceps, shoulders, chest, trapz, and forearm. So, power twister is good for compound muscle workout. Doing this workout with 15 until 20 reps each set, divided into 3-4 sets.
