Leg muscles are one part of the body muscles that need to be worked out consistently. Most people prefer to train their upper body muscles such as biceps, triceps, shoulders, forearms, chest, back.
However, many forget about lower body exercises, namely training the leg muscles (thigh muscles and calf muscles). So that the upper body muscles look muscular, but the lower body is small. Usually people call it 'chicken leg'.
