Forearm Exercises: Forearm Workout with Dumbbell

Wrist muscle is one of the important muscle parts that you need to train. Strong wrist muscles have many benefits, some of which are for your smash strength (playing badminton), increasing hand strength, and also strengthening your grip.

You need to know, when you train your wrist muscles, your forearm muscles will also automatically growth. Okay, then how to increase wrist muscle quickly and quickly?


One alternative to strengthen and make forearm muscles bigger is using a pair of DUMBBELL. There are three simple exercise movements that you can apply to raise your forearm muscles also wrist muscle, that is:

1. Dumbbell wrist curl

If you don't have a dumbbell, you can use a bottle filled with water or sand to do the movement.

You can combine wrist muscle training with other exercises such as biceps, shoulders, triceps. Try doing the above exercise at least twice a week and feel the benefits.
