30 Minutes Workout at Home - Full Bodyweight Workout

Workout at home is an alternative that you can do to get the ideal body without having to go to the gym. Not everyone has enough time to practice at the gym. In addition to time constraints, many people still do not have enough budget to pay monthly membership fees at the gym.

But exercise certainly does not always have to be done at the gym, and if you have a lot of time constraints, this is also not a barrier not to exercise.

Are you currently looking to get an ideal body shape but you don't have time to go to the gym?

You can still get an ideal body shape, by practicing practically at home, you can do it for at least 30 minutes to build muscle. These movements are the movement of bodyweight in an effective home to form the body.

Here are the most practical exercise movements at home to build muscle faster:

1. Push up 
Push up is very practical to build muscle and strengthen bones. Push up movement is the simplest movement that can form your entire upper body, starting from the arm muscles, chest muscles, shoulder muscles.

2. Pull up

Pull up can be a great exercise to develop your muscle mass. There are many pull up movements that you can apply. Pull up is the fastest bodyweight exercise to build muscle.

3. Ab wheel rollout 

Ab wheel rollout is an excellent exercise for forming abdominal muscles. Ab wheel rollout is far more effective at forming abdominal muscles and leveling the waist than you do hundreds of sit ups.

4. Skipping 

Skipping is good for fat burning process. If you don't have a cardio exercise device such as a treadmill or a static bicycle, you can start with a simple exercise device and certainly fit for your pocket. You can do skipping at least 5-10 minutes every day.

5. Squat 

Squat is a good exercise for leg muscles. You can do squats without extra weight (dumbbells and barbells). Squat can be an alternative to strengthen your leg muscles at home.

6. Lift weight (alternative)

As an alternative, if you want to build muscle faster you can use dumbbells to build muscle. If you are willing to buy a pair of dumbbells, there will be more variations in your muscle exercises at home.

These 6 types of exercises are the types of exercises that are actually the most effective, practical and simple to build your body's muscles without having to go to the gym and use many tools.
