Power Twister Training and Muscle Target

Power twisters are one of the home exercise tools (home gym) to train your upper body muscles. Well, power twisters are a good tool you use, especially those of you who don't have time to go to a fitness place.

1. Regular power twister


First, hold both power twisters parallel to the chest / neck. Then bend the power twister, to form the letter U. This movement will form the arm muscles from bicep muscles, triceps muscles, trapz muscles to shoulder muscles. Do 10-15 repetitions.

2. Double Forearm Power Twister


Focus movement to train your forearm muscles. Steps to do this: Hold the power twister in the position of your palm below. The position of the power twister is parallel to the stomach, then bend the power twister, so that your elbow position also forms an angle of 45 degrees. Do 10-15 repetitions.

3. High Power Twister 


The movement is similar to the first movement. Just the difference, the position of the power twister is higher, which is above the head. Then bend the power twister so that it forms the letter U. The power twister position must remain above the head. This second movement will focus more on forming your shoulder muscles and thickening your chest muscles.

4. Arm Wrestling Power Twister 


If you want to practice your arm wrestling skills, you can train using this tool. The way is like the video above. Yep, this exercise aims to train wrist strength, so that you will be stronger when doing arm wrestling.

How to do this movement: Hold both sides of the power twister with your palm open. One of your hands moves the power twister until the ends of the power twisters one and the other meet each other, while one hand is silent, do this motion alternately. Do this movement like you are doing arm wrestling. Do this 10-15 repetition movements.

5. Bicep Power twister 




This movement specifically trains and focuses on your biceps muscles. So, if you want to practice increasing muscle biceps using power twisters, you can do it. Hold both sides of the power twister, and one side of the power twister is forward. Then pull back the power twister (like in the video), so that your bicep muscle works when doing this movement. Do this 10-15 repetition movements.
