3 Pull Up Workout For Beginner: Exercises & Tutorial

PULL UP WORKOUT FOR BEGINNER - Pull up is one of the bodyweight sports that has many benefits to shape your upper body. When you pull up, your arm, back, shoulder and wing muscles will form faster.

If you pay attention to street workouts that on average rely on pull ups, street workout players have very athletic body muscles because they do pull ups and variations of pull up exercises on a regular basis.

But not everyone can do pull ups with perfect movements because pull up movements are indeed more weighty and challenging than you just doing push ups and sit ups.

Then how do you do it so that you can do pull ups? In order for you to be able to do pull ups, then in this post I will give you a few tips on pull up guides for beginners:

1. Hanging on the pull up bar

The easiest way to get used to the pull up movement is to try to hang on the pull up bar with your feet touching the floor or chair aids. Hanging on the pull up bar while slowly lifting your body until you are able to lift your entire body.

This movement is great for beginners so that you practice the strength of your hands to be able to start strong pull ups slowly.

2. Try to do 1-2 pull ups for the first time

After you are able to hang on the pull up bar, do 1 to 2 times the pull up movement perfectly. After you start strong, do 1-2 pull ups, add the number of reps to 3-4 pull ups and so on.

3. Now, try to do chin ups

If you have not been able to do pull ups, do the chin ups first. Pull ups are indeed heavier than chin ups. Therefore, you can try chin ups for beginners. Basically the chin ups with pull ups are almost the same. The difference is in the position of the hand.
