After you are able to hang on the pull up bar, do 1 to 2 times the pull up movement perfectly. After you start strong, do 1-2 pull ups, add the number of reps to 3-4 pull ups and so on.
3. Now, try to do chin ups
If you have not been able to do pull ups, do the chin ups first. Pull ups are indeed heavier than chin ups. Therefore, you can try chin ups for beginners. Basically the chin ups with pull ups are almost the same. The difference is in the position of the hand.
