1. Jumping jack
2. Cimbers
3. High jump
4. Jump knee

Now, let's practice.

Jumping Jack

1. Perform a standing initial position
2. Open both legs, hands clap upwards (jump position)
3. Close both legs, together with both hands beside the thigh
4. Repeat the movement

Jumping jack movement will burn fat in your stomach, waist, chest, thighs and arms. Because your whole body moves and plays a role in this movement.

Climbers

1. Perform a position such as a push up motion
2. Both hands touch the floor, legs straight, foresight
3. Move your legs alternately like doing bicycle
4. Promote your one leg, followed by the other leg
4. The position of the hand remains in its original position may not come to move
5. Repeat the movement

Perform this movement 30-50 reps, 3 sets. This movement is great for burning fat in your stomach, especially fat in the lower abdomen (lower abs), because this movement directly hits the lower abdomen.

Climbing movements are also useful for strengthening the arm muscles because both of your hands are in a position to hold the body when climbing.

High jump

1. Perform an upright starting position
2. Then jump as high as possible
3. Return to starting position, repeat the movement

The high jump target is that you have to be able to do the highest jump possible, as much as you can. The higher you jump, the more your body will work to burn fat in the body.

Perform this movement 20 reps, in 3 sets. This movement can burn all the fat in the body, as well as strengthen your leg muscles. For more details, you can watch my video on how to do a high jump:

Jump Knee

1. Starting position upright
2. Raise one of your knees, while doing a jump motion
3. So that only one of your feet is used as a footing / footing
3. Both hands are on the side of the face, like the double cover movement in boxing
4. Jump as high as possible, and push one of your knees forward when jumping
5. Do the same for the other knee

This cardio movement is a variation of muay thai martial arts. Jump knee is great for getting rid of all the fat in the body, especially fat in the stomach.

Jump knee also strengthens your leg muscles, especially the calf muscles, because only one of your legs is used as a pedestal when jumping and landing, so the calf muscles will become more tight.
