Pull up workout is one of the most simple and popular bodyweight training. You can doing pull up exercise anywhere. Pull ups can be done at home, the garden (like calisthenics, freeletics), gym, apartments and other places.

Pull ups are a very effective form of exercise the body and muscle mass. Pull up build almost all your muscles. Trained muscle during exercise is the bicep pull ups, back, abdominal.
