My Freeletics Record

I have did freeletics for 10 weeks and I can saw the results from weeks to weeks. In the freeletics, the better records your time, it's show you have the better progress. I started to set my freeletics program in September 8, 2015. That is my freeletics record:

WEEK 1
September 8, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 24'11"
September 9, 2015 -- Aphrodite: (25'24")
September 10, 2015 -- Aphrodite: (23'49")
September 11, 2015 -- Aphrodite: (22'08")

In the first week, day first I doing aphrodite. My record is 24 minutes and 11 seconds. In day two, I just can doing in 25'24" down from the day first. In day 3 and day 4, my records is better than my first and second days. That's my first week. I feel so good when I can beat my record.

WEEK 2
September 21, 2015 --   21'13" , Venus: 15'53"
September 22, 2015 --   21'52" , Venus: 14'54"
September 24, 2015 --   21'13" , Venus: 13'33"
September 25, 2015 --   20'19" , Venus: 12'40"

In week 2, I should do in September 14, but I got sick after first week, so I decided to begin freeletics 1 week ago in September 21. In week 2, I did venus workout. My result is better from days to days. In the last day, I could finished venus workout in 12'40". 

I also found freeletics workout menu, but I don't know what's the name. This workout is also challenger: 94 reps push ups, 163 reps squat, 70 pull up, and 120 sit up. I can do around 20 minutes. 

WEEK 3
September 29, 2015 -- Dione: 31'01"
September 30, 2015 -- Dione: 28'41"
October 1, 2015 --  Dione: 29'09"
October 2, 2015 -- Dione: 28'18"

In week 3 I did dione workout. My best record is in the last day, that is 28'18". I'm quite satisfied because I could finished all my workout in wekk 3 well. I could create the best record. In week 3, I feel very fit, so that I can doing maximum workout.  

WEEK 4
October 5, 2015 --        Metis: 04'31"
October 7, 2015 --        Metis: 04'10"
October 8, 2015 --        Metis: 03'55"
October 9, 2015 --        Metis: 03'50"

In week 4, I focused on metis workout. For me, metis is really great cardio. I don't suppose that. Firstly, I think metis is really easy because many people just need short time to finish tihs workout. But, it turn out that metis also hard training. My records is better from days to days. My best time is 03'50". I think just 4 minutes workout is too short for me. 

So, doing another bodyweight freeletics workout, that is: push up max, leg levers max, pull up max, push up max, jack knives max, push up max, lunge max. 

WEEK 5
October 12, 2015 --    Kronos: 36'03"    
October 13, 2015 --    Kronos: 35'20"
October 15, 2015 --    Kronos: 35'27"
October 16, 2015 --     Kronos: 36'17"

In week 5, I doing kronos workout. In week 5, I can't reach my improvement time, because I feel tired after doing some freeletics workout in the previous weeks. My best time in week 5 is 35'20".  

WEEK 6
October 20, 2015 --   Artemis: 16'25"
October 21, 2015 --   Artemis: 15'57"
October 22, 2015 --   Artemis: 15'09"
October 23, 2015 --   Artemis: 14'40"

In week 5, I doing artemis workout. I can give the best time for days to days. My best time for artemis is 14'40". But, artemis just need around 15 minutes, so I doing some workout like hand stand push up max, push up max, and push up bar workout. I doing all tihs workout around 50 minutes.  

WEEK 7 (HELL WEEK)
Day 1.
October 26, 2015 -- Helios: 32'24"
Day 2
October 27, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 19'17" , Poseidon: 02'57"
Day 3
October 28, 2015 -- Kronos: 36'29"

Nah,,, sooooo... This is hell week. Hell week is the freeletics week where you must doing workout so hard in one week. There is a hell week in week 7 and wekk 5 (the last week). In hell week you must doing workout 7 days full without rest day. But, it was performed in week 15. In week 7, hell week was performed just 3 days without rest days. 

If you see my hell week (week 7), maybe you think it's not too difficult. Yes, I just modified this hell week workout because I don't have many time to workout because of I must go office early every day. I picked up the hardest menu in freeletics, just like the name: Hell week. 

So, the first day I doing helios and also freeletics max, like push up max and so on. Helios is so hard and very compatible with hell week. Because in this workout you must doing 100 burpees until 2 times. This workout is also suitable for cardio workout. I could finished helios workout in more than 30 minutes. In day 2, I doing aphrodite and poseidon. I can doing aphrodite very well compared to the first week. 

In day 3, I doing kronos workout. my time is 36'29". After hell  week, in October 29 I still doing some workout, that is: ush up, sit up, climbers dengan variasi push up. Seperti, wide push up, pike push up, one hand push up, pylometric push up, diamond push up, typwriter push up

WEEK 8
November 2, 2015 -- Hyperion: 11'58", Metis: 03'41"
November 3, 2015 -- Hyperion: 09'50", Metis: 03'34"
November 5, 2015 -- Hyperion: 10'45", Metis: 03'33"
November 6, 2015 -- Hyperion: 10'54", Metis: 03'37"

In week 8, I doing hyperion and metis workout. In hyperion program is for strengh workout. In hyperion you will be trained with one hand push ups, hand stand push ups, and pull ups. After doing hyperion and metis, I still doing max workout, like sit up max,  jackknife max dan push up max. 

WEEK 9
November 9, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 20'56", Venus: 13'03"
November 11, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 20'44", Venus: 12'35"
November 12, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 20'50", Venus: 13'36"
November 13, 2015 -- Aphrodite: 21'14", Venus: 14'27"

In week 9, I doing aphrodite and venus (for strengh) workout. My time is down from day 3 dan day 4. But, I still have so many spirit and I'm very happy because I can complete this workout in week 9. After I doing aphrodite and venus, I still doing max workout, that is:  squat max, push up max, climber max, push up max.     .

WEEK 10
November 16, 2015 -- Zeus: 19'25"
November 17, 2015 -- Zeus: 19'11"
November 19, 2015 -- Zeus: 20'44"
November 20, 2015 -- Zeus: 21'02"  

In freeletics program, actually week 9 program is metis. Read also: Freeletics Program For 15 Weeks. But, metis is for cardio and until week 9 I have lost my weight alsmot 5 kg. So, I change gaia to zeus workout for strengh. After doing zeus, I still continued with push up max, sit up max, leg levers max, pull up max.

After freeletics, I can lose my weight until 6 kg. I can lose weight quickly because I doing running workout to every sunday up to 12 kilometers. My freeletics time is showing great improvement. I can lost my weight and get motivation for myself. So, that's my freeletics records. And now, try to beat my record.. LOL
