When you doing any workout, people always want to build muscle quickly and get the ripped body. So, many people thinking to use gym supplements even roids to build muscle quickly. So, how about yourself? Are you build muscle using supplements or even roids?
I think gym supplements like creatine or another isn't good for your healthy. Yes, maybe gym supplement can build ripped body quickly, but gym supplements can cause kidney dan heart illness. Most of bodybuilder often exposed kidney and heart illness that causing death. That's too bad for all of them.
I did workout for the last 10 years until now i still doing routine physical workout. But I never using gym supplement, roids or another any supplement that can increasing muscle mass so quickly. Because I know it's not good for my healhty. I just think: If you want to get healthy mind, healthy body, healthy spirit you don't need using any gym supplement even using roids for exaggerate motivation.
So, i just doing workout and yes i can get ripped body without any supplements. The key for success is: I just doing routine workout and apply discipline life style. And the most important things is: don't forget to maintaining a healthy diet. I always eat quacker oatmel, meat, soya milk, carrot, vegetable, low at milk and another healthy food.

You can see that? I don't using any gym supplement and just doing discipline workout. The main key for get ripped body: You must workout consistently and organized. I mean, if you can doing workout at the morning, do it. If you don't have time for workout in the morning, don't push yourself. Because if you can't doing workout routinely, you cannot get the best result (get ripped body).
Most of people think gym supplement will increase the muscle quickly. It's that right. But, if you cannot doing workout well and discipline, even if you drink any supplement, you cannot get the ripped body ☺
