Chest Expander Spring Workout - 10 Exercises

Of the 10 movements, you can apply the exercise 4 times a week, with the pattern of the first 5 movements you do two days, while the remaining 5 movements you do in the last two days. That is an example of a chest expander training pattern.

You can also modify the chest expander's own exercise according to the training schedule and focus of the muscles you want to train / target.

So the chest expander is a sports tool in the form of a peer (spring) and there is also a form of rubber, where in each one device, consisting of 5 (five) spring / peer, which you can set the load. You can use 2 peers, 3 peers, or directly 5 peers according to your ability.
