Circuit Training

If you don't have many time to go to the gym (maybe you too busy with your work), you can starting with home gym workout. Sport that can be done in home that very effective is CIRCUIT TRAINING. Circuit training is one of the best alternating for your exercise. Circuit training is very good to burn your fat. 

So, what is circuit training? Circuit training is sport that combine beetween weightlifting, bodyweight and kardio. Circuit training duration can be vary. Sometimes you need 30 minutes, and sometimes you need 90 minutes to complete all the exercise. It's depending on your program. Of course, circuit training is very good to train your body, strengh, build muscle and diet. Circuit training exercise is very effective to train health with short duration, but weighty.

Circuit training have similarity with fitnes. Fitnes also doing weightlifting using dumbell and barbell. But the different is in the fitnes you will be focused using barbell and dumbell and also machine (such as pec deck fly) than bodyweight workout. Even, bodyweight workout in fitnes (gym) maybe just pull up and sit up. 

But circuit training is also focused on bodyweight. In the other hand, circuit workout not using any machine to build muscles. So, circuit training is not same with gym workout. Circuit training combine weightlifting method and many variations of bodyweight, also cardio. So, this is example of circuit training.  



So this is (image above) example of circuit training. Actually, circuit training is kinda look like freeletics, because circuit training dan freeletics have similarity bodyweight workout. Circuit training and freeletics also doing workout like climbers, push up, squat, burpees. Now, look at one of circuit training program that can you adopt in your exercise.

This circuit program need 90 minutes duration. But, if you see image 2, the workout just need 21-30 minutes. Circuit training (see image 2), need 7 minutes and you must doing 3-4 sets. You need around 21-30 minutes totally to finish this workout. So, circuit training also suitable workout for people that do not have much time.

Circuit training need some equipment. But, you just need low budget to buy equipments. So don't worry about it.
