I actually always doing boxing workout routine. Maybe 4 till 5 time a week. But since I work at office, I dont have many time to doing boxing workout. So, I try to develop boxing training in home. I adopt boxing training method from some professional fighter. So, I think this method is really effective to increase my power.

You can see, in this video I doing shadow boxing using dumbell (10 kg). Maybe it's too weight. Usually, train shadow boxing with dumbell just for 2 or 3 kg dumbell. But, I using 10 kg dumbell for shadow boxing workout. That's really effective to increase punching power, and it's doesn't matter if I using 10 kg dumbells for shadow boxinf.
But if you never doing shadow boxing, I advice to you, don't using 10 kg dumbells for shadow boxing. First, you must using 1 or 3 kg dumbells. If you have accustomed train your shadow boxing, you can using 10 kg dumbells.
I train my shadow boxing, like uppercut punch, jab, straight and also hook. It's really make me stronger and healtier. If you want to doing boxing training, you can adopt my workout method.
