Core Muscle: Ab Wheel Rollout Exercises Video

Core muscle / core muscle exercises are very important in your physical exercise program because the key to forming a sixpack stomach is that you have to diligently train core muscles.

If you want to have this tool, you can find it in the nearest store. Many people sell this ab wheel rollout tool. At Ace Hardware, Gramedia or the nearest sports store usually sells the exercise equipment. Considering its minimalist form, ab wheel rollout is also very suitable for home gym workouts, because it doesn't require a lot of space and space.

As I explained in the previous post, there are many variations of exercises that you can do with the ab wheel rollout. One of them is: Kneeling ab wheel rollout. As the name implies, ab wheel kneeling means this movement is done by kneeling.

Ab wheel that is done by kneeling is easier than standing ab wheel rollout. You can do this movement if you are still not strong enough to stand ab wheel rollout.

Have you watched the video until it runs out? The initial step to do ab wheel rollout kneeling movement is done in a kneeling position and the back must be upright. Then advance the ab wheel rollout forward until your hands reach a maximum movement.

If it's still unclear, watch the video again. The hand position for the correct / perfect ab wheel movement must be straight forward to the maximum or stuck. So if the position of your hand is still half and not fully straight, then your ab wheel movement is still not perfect.

The more perfect your movements, the more your muscle core will form and your core muscles will work harder. For the initial stages, you can try 5 reps first.

If you have strong 5 reps perfectly, keep adding your reps, and add the number of sets. If you usually do this 5 reps with 1 set, then when you are strong you can do 10 reps with 2-3 sets.

That's how to use ab wheel rollout / kneeling ab wheel rollout. This exercise is not only aimed at men, but women can also do this exercise, because core muscle is an important muscle for you to train.
