Burpee Exercise Tutorial

One of the most popular cardio workout is burpee. Burpee is simple workout but really worth it for your body. When you doing this workout, you will spend a lot of perspiration.  If you are freeletics lover, you surely know about this exercise. Burpee often doing in Aphrodite freeletics workout. In Aphrodite, you must doing 50 reps burpee, and then 40 reps until 10 reps. But, what is burpee? And what benefit of burpee? 

Burpee actually is for cardio workout. Burpee also trained your strengh, especially your endurance. But, burpee is dominant for cardio workout. In burpee workout, you don't need any equipment to complete your reps and sets. Burpee is real bodyweight workout. So, look at this image below.

Image above is burpee workout. So, the first step to doing this workout, you must take squat position, then your hands touch the floor. The second step, you take push up positition. The third step, doing push up one reps, and then you must jumping and clapping your hands up. And, repeat like in the first step. That's burpee exercise. 

Doing this workout need consistency and commitment, because burpee is really hard if you doing at the first time. If you just doing 5 or 10 reps maybe it's still easy, but if you must doing 25 until 50 reps, it's look too difficult for beginner. So, you must train consistenly to get your best performance.  

WHAT THE BENEFIT OF BURPEE?

Burpee has so many benefit for your entire body. Burpee is one of the most effective cardio that can burn fat quickly. I doing this workout and I can lose my weight until 3 kilograms in one month. The other benefit, burpee can increase your endurance for long distance running and long distance walking. 

Burpee can improve your flexibility, because you must movement entire your body (including squad, push up, and jumping) to complete the reps and sets. For strengh, burpee maybe not too affect to build your muscle because the focused of this workout is for cardio. But, burpee can make you jump higher. That's good if you like basketball, volleyball, and football. 

So, burpee is effective for cardio workout, increase your endurance, improve your flexibility and also good for jump higher. But, if you cannot doing burpee in many reps, don't forced yourself. It's make you too tired. Just train routine (and don't force yourself) and you will get the best performance.
