Since I often get sick, I decide to began doing physical training since the end of 2007, and until now I still doing workout routine. But, I prefer choose home gym and bodyweight workout. I try to escalate my push up, pull up, sit up and another bodyweight workout progression.
If you ask why I doing this workout, my answer is simple. I just want to apply healthy lifestyle and also I want get the ripped body. In the other hand, why I choose home gym and bodyweight workout? Because I don't have many time to go to the gym, and I like bodyweight workout because it's very simple and can increase flekxibility body.
In this post, I want to tell you and give some advice about how I can increasing my push up progression. Now, I can do push ups more than 65 times in one set. Firstly, of course I can't do that.
So, I start to build strong commitment to doing routine push up every day (I am off on sunday). I try to started push up with low reps. First, I doing 10 push ups reps in 3 sets (10 reps each set). So, in two weeks I see my progression was very good. I increase my push ups level reps until 25-30 reps. But if you want to increase your push up progression quickly, you must doing push ups more.
For example, you just can doing 25 reps push ups, you must force yourself to do 30 push ups. This trick really effective to increase you push ups ability. And don't forget, in the psuh ups workout, you must also doing push ups quickly. The benefit of fast push ups is you can strengthen your endurance.
Your endurance are helpful to do push ups with more repetition. But slowly or standar push ups are more focused for increase muscle mass rapidly. And the last trick, try to do knuckle push ups, one hand push ups, hand stand psuh ups and another push ups variations. The push up variations usually is more challenging. So it can increase your ability push ups. Yeah, it's my way to do 65 times push ups more in one set.
