3 Push Ups Tips for Beginner

Each person's ability to perform pushups varies. There are people who can do push ups 30 times in one row. There are people who can do push ups 20 times in one row. There are also people who can only do 5 push ups. Well, what factors can make someone strong to do push ups?

Of course that makes someone strong to do push ups is the pattern of exercise that you do. The more diligent and your routine in doing push ups, over time you can certainly do push ups in large numbers.

But how to practice the right so you can strongly do push ups? What if you can not do push ups at all? Should not push ups be done correctly to get maximum results?

1. Do a push up plank


Push up plank is done exactly like a plank motion. Only, your body position is the body position as when you will do push ups. For more details, note the picture above. Do a position like push up, and then hold that position 15-30 seconds. After you can hold up to 30 seconds, hold up to 1 minute.

2. Push up in a soft place (bed, mattress)

Once you get used to the push up plank, and you still feel a little heavy if you do push-ups on the floor, you can start a push-up in a soft place like a mattress or bed.

Push up in soft place put pressure on your arm that is not too big, so you can do push up with more easily. If you can already do push-ups on areas that are not too hard (soft), you can start doing push-ups on harder areas like on the floor.

3. Perform push up gradually
